Investment Objective:

To maximize income while attempting to preserve capital and maintain liquidity by investing primarily in highly liquid, low risk U.S. and Canadian money market instruments denominated in U.S. dollars.

  • Despite the Fund's intention to maintain a price of $10 U.S. per unit, there is no guarantee that such price will not go down
  • Derivative risk, general market risk, legal and regulatory risk, risk of interest rate changes and securities lending, repurchase and reverse repurchase risk
  • You will be affected by currency exchange fluctuations if you purchase U.S. dollars to invest in the Fund and then convert U.S. dollars into Canadian dollars when you sell the units of the Fund
